Celebrate advances in the arts and sciences, 1907-2007

Learning is a lifetime pursuit, so we extend to you a warm invitation for an unusual intellectual treat.

MU’s College of Arts and Science marks the conclusion of its centennial year with a day of entertaining lectures, comfortable conversations and complimentary meals. We invite you to experience the engaging style of our award-winning professors and to connect with new friends during social events. Under the tutelage of MU’s pre-eminent scholars, you will hear sessions on tantalizing subjects of your choice.

Participants can choose from lectures on a variety of entertaining and informative topics. A Taste of Arts and Science concludes Saturday evening with a dinner talk by Neil Livingstone, an expert on international security.

Rediscover how the treasures of music, art and literature enrich our lives.
What can we learn about ourselves from the cultures of ancient Troy and modern suburbia?
Yes, we can find meaning and happiness through all stages of life.
